Srathmore Towers

Welcome to Eric Vani's page for the strathmore towers. I have sold dozens of Strathmore Towers units since 1999 and my interest in the towers is also as a proud owner of a unit in 1285 Cahill. Built around 1975, the Strathmore Towers became an impressive addition to the landscape of the southern limits of Ottawa at that time. The two towers are identical, each with 160 units, ranging from the basic one-bedroom units to the luxurious three-bedroom penthouse units. Tower ''A'' is located at 1285 Cahill Dr. and Tower ''B'' next door at 3360 Southgate Rd. Located near the intersection of Bank St. and Hunt Club Road, the Strathmore Towers are across the street from South Keys and Greenboro Transit Stations and the ''O'' Train, and the South Keys Shopping Plaza. They are walking distance to shops, cinemas, restaurants, medical offices and grocery stores! The Towers share a number of common facilities including a common parking tower for residents and guests. Each tower has its saunas for men and for women, library, workshop, hobby room, party room and storage/locker rooms, in addition to guest suites that can be rented on a daily basis by residents for their guests. The two towers are managed by different property management companies and common use facilities such as parking are managed through a joint-use committee.
