Here are the latest stats from the Ottawa Real Estate Board for the month of May… Sales volume up from last year, prices for freeholds up 2.6 percent and condo prices down almost 5%... Good buying opps in condos right now.

As of October of last year, new legislation pertaining to Carbon Monoxide detectors has been getting phased in. Make sure you have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in your home and any units you own and are renting out! More info here:
